Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on all orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. At this time, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and international addresses is not available.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Transit time is 4–9 business days, so most orders arrive within 7–14 business days from the order placement date.
How can I track my order?
Once an order ships, tracking details will be sent via email within 24 business hours of shipment. If tracking information is not received within 5 business days of order placement, please contact us at sales@arcadetwo.com.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Document the damage with photos and email sales@arcadetwo.com within 15 calendar days of delivery. For freight shipments where damage was not noted on the delivery paperwork, report within 5 business days. If damage was noted on the delivery paperwork, the standard 15-day window applies. Please report all damage as soon as possible.
Can I return my order?
Non-custom products that are unused and unopened may be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Yes. As an authorized retailer of Incredible Technologies, all products sold through Arcade Two are authentic and backed by full manufacturer warranties.

Yes. Free shipping applies to both residential and commercial addresses within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled free of charge before shipment. Once an order has shipped, the return policy applies. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
