Tax Collection

Sales tax is collected on orders delivered within Texas. This reflects Arcade Two's current tax obligations under applicable state and local law.

Orders shipped to addresses outside of Texas are not subject to sales tax collection at this time, based on current nexus obligations.

At Checkout

Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and clearly displayed before an order is finalized. No tax charges will be applied without prior visibility at checkout.

Policy Updates

Tax obligations can change as a result of legislative updates at the state or federal level. This policy will be updated as required to reflect any changes in collection requirements.
